Drawing upon Mexican history, folk traditions, and questions of intentity and belonging, he employs the printmaking procress as a means of combining historyical research, experimentation, and meticulous technique to create works that reflect his connection to and enduring pride in his Mexican heritage. The reception will be October 15th 5-7pm with light refreshment. The exhibition is free and open to the public. The exhibition was curated by Cait Gurley, Curatorial Coordinator of the Gardiner Gallery of Art.
