About this event
Head to the Pollard Theatre in Guthrie and see a live performance of the musical RENT. Loosely based on the 1896 opera “La bohème,” RENT tells the story of a group of impoverished young artists struggling to survive and create a life in Lower Manhattan's East Village amidst the HIV/AIDS crisis. This iconic, Pulitzer Prize-winning musical written by Jonathan Larson has shaped generations of audiences with its message about life and love.
